Professor Ramjee Prasad, received a B.Sc. (eng) degree from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri, India, and M.Sc. (Eng) and Ph.D degrees from Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Ranchi, India, in 1968, 1970 and 1979, respectively. Since February 1988 he had been with the Telecommunications and Traffic-Control Systems Group of Delft University of Technology (DUT), The Netherlands, where he was actively involved in the area of wireless personal and multimedia communications (WPMC). He was head of the Transmission Research Section of International research Centre for Telecommunications Transmission and Radar (IRCTR) and also program director of the Centre for wireless Personal Communications (CEWPC).

Cam Nguyen is the Texas Instruments Endowed Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. He was Program Director at the National Science Foundation during 2003-2004, leading and managing the Foundation’s research programs in RF and wireless technologies. Over the past 36 years, including 12 years at TRW (now Northrop-Grumman), Hughes Aircraft (now Raytheon), Martin Marietta (now Lockheed-Martin), Aeroject Electrosystems, and ITT Gilfillan, Prof. Nguyen has led numerous RF projects for wireless communications, radar and sensing up to 220 GHz. He has published 6 books, six book chapters, over 270 papers, and given more than 160 conference presentations. Professor Nguyen is a Fellow of the IEEE.

Dong-Hee Shin, who completed his master and PhD at Syracuse University, is a full Professor of the Department Interaction Science at Sungkyunkwan University. Dr. Shin established the Department of Interaction Science, the first one in Korea as a new model of interdisciplinary study of human, technology, and interaction. Dr. Shin is a Principal Investigator of BK21 Plus Project, a national human resources development project initiated by the Ministry of Education, Korea. Dr. Shin has successfully acquired research funds total amount of over 140 million since 2004. Prior to joining SKKU, Dr. Shin was an assistant professor at the College of Information Sciences and Technology, Penn State University (2004-2009). He has been researching on telecommunications management and policy and he had various consultancy experiences in the field of telecommunications and information industry.

Norman Shaw is a Director in the IEEE-Standards Association. He has worked in product development and standards at three (3) different wireless location technology companies and has over 20 years’ experience in the wireless industry. He has also served on advisory groups to the FCC on E-911 technologies and practices.

Dirk Manteuffel was born in Issum, Germany in 1970. He received the Dipl.‑Ing. degree in electrical engineering from Duisburg University in 1998 and the Dr.‑Ing. degree from the University of Duisburg-Essen in 2002. In 2004 he received the young scientist award of the Vodafone foundation for science for his research on the analysis and design of integrated mobile phone antennas with special emphasis on the interaction with the user.

Elizabeth Chang is a Professor in Logistics and a Canberra Fellow at the University of New South Wales at the Australian Defence Force Academy. She holds BSc, MSc and PhD in Computer Science and Software Engineering and has been CIO/CTO in Multinational Logistics and Transport Company in Hong Kong. She has delivered 41 keynote/plenary speeches largely at major IEEE Conferences and International Conferences. She has published over 500 refereed papers with an H-Index of 35 (Google Scholar). She is a Fellow of IEEE and the Chair for IEEE IES Technical Committee on Industrial Informatics (2014-2015).

Dr. Zuriati Ahmad Zukarnain is an associate professor at the Faculty of Computer Science and information Technology, University Putra Malaysia. She has served as a Head of Department of Communication Technology and Networks at the Faculty of Computer Science and information Technology, University Putra Malaysia. She received her PhD from the University of Bradford, UK. Her research interests include: Efficient multiparty QKD protocol for classical network and cloud, load balancing in the wireless ad hoc network, quantum processor unit for quantum computer, Authentication Time of IEEE 802.15.4 with Multiple-key Protocol, Intra-domain Mobility Handling Scheme for Wireless Networks, Efficiency and Fairness for new AIMD Algorithms and A Kernel model to improve the computation speedup and workload performance. She has been actively involved as a member of the editorial board for some international peer-reviewed and cited journals. Dr. Zuriati is currently undertaking some national funded projects on QKD protocol for cloud environment as well as routing and load balancing in the wireless ad hoc network. Dr.Zuriati is the founder of ZA Quantum Sdn Bhd, the start up company from University Putra Malaysia to produce a software designing tool for Quantum Communication known as Quantum Communication Simulator(QuCS).
